This month we will be focusing on posture, its importance to health and wellbeng, and what you can do to help yourself.
This last year has been an exceptional year with so many people having to adapt to 'Home Working and making do with makeshift workplaces and it's had telling results not only with office workers but our kids have suffered as well.
We'll be looking at how attention to posture can;
